wah i feel so fulfilled and joyful this Christmas! God moved in so many many hearts. i heard Him in my heart.

or and did i mention i saw the same gay guy at somerset who approached me the other time at bishan mrt. wah gosh i was freaked out but there was no where to run. he was giving out phamplets. then he recognised me oh my goodness! he stared at me and said something to me which didnt even get into my head. i just pretended to didnt hear him and just walked off. partly out of disgust and partly out of fear. and i got so paranoid and kept seeing if he was following me again.

helped them move stuff to kallang theater from nexus on thursday morning at 10am. apparently they had LOTS of stuff to move, around 3-4 truck loads. kaiwen went with me to move em, along side simon from adult service, jerel and sherman. and they rented had this gigantic sound mixer thats SO SO SO SO SO HEAVY!!!! its so heavy it took like 12 guys to move it and yet we were struggling. my back ached and my hands totally went beyond numb lah. esp since i had to move the mixer up the stairs facing backwards to the back. and i think we kinda tore the covering of a few chairs along the way. and it didnt help when the peeps running kallang theater didnt even offer a helping hand but just went on rambling about how dead we are gonna be. i mean like pls lah we were struggling with that machine!! haha okay nevermind..

didnt sing for the youth service cause had to accompany jon tay with this ajc dude who was brought by an adult with her friend from the adults service. apparently the adult who brought him was his teacher!! sec sch i think. okay lah quite a quiet dude, saying he cant come to church cause of family persecutions and all. dont worry bro!! if u are willing to face this challenge, the CG would be beside you all the way! remember, God wont test you beyond what you can bear yeah!?

so i had the privilege to watch the whole service. i think it went REALLY well. the video was very amazing, very well made. and the props were amazing, esp the giraffes!! so huge lah gosh. and when the head tilted i thought it was gonna fall off! haha but yeah people with good brains manage to make it do that without the head falling off by attaching some sort of bamboo pole to the head.

the sermon was pre-believers friendly, but still had so much insight and truth to it the seemed to cut so many hearts.

and Magi sang Amazing Grace(He choose the nails), so so so well!! okay she's officially the best female singer i know in my life. period. as i sat there and listened to the song reading the lyrics, i seriously had lots of mixed feelings. so thankful and yet so humbled. and when pastor jeff shared the story of 'Derek Redmond' i nearly teared lah. i could see how so many of us fell at that 200m mark, and struggling to pick ourselves up, carrying the burden of that 'broken hamstring', and how from the corner of the scene God comes running towards us, and He put our arm around His shoulder, and walked along side with us towards the finishing line. it seemed so real. His love so simple yet so deep.

and the altarcall for salvation was so amazing. i saw so many lives saved that day, probably the most youths accepting Christ i seen at church before at a go. Merry Christmas all you new brothers and sisters!! keep Christ and Christmas close to your hearts yeah!!

then i joined the choir(who turned out to be bunch of real interesting people) to sing for tertiary+young adults service. yup it was real fun, haha Christmas carols and all. so much joy lah seriously. then we rushed down for NE Christmas party at Joo Chiat road. we carolled for the peeps at the restaurant and all. then it ended so late that there wasnt even bus outta Joo Chiat road. so we prayed for a cab, and IMMEDIATELY. a cab pulled up beside us. best part is, we didnt even see it coming and didnt even have to flag it down!! haha but okay, cab fare in total ard $17. heart pain!!

and i woke up real early today to go down for family service.. haha okay i was late for the actual reporting time. oh well. and the atmosphere is real diff in family service. it felt more homely though, even though it was a smaller crowd. we didnt even have to use the balcony. and during altarcall for salvation i saw such a touching sight!! this old couple came down the the aisle at the front. the lady was tearing walking beside her husband. i kinda wondered who was the one getting saved. i glanced over at her husband and saw him wiping his eyes. haha then pastor jeff went, "finally, after so many years u accept Christ." then after they got prayed for they hugged each other. i think the woman had been trying to bring her husband to Christ for so many years alr. eh i think u gotta be there to see it lah, i am doing a lousy job trying to depict such a loving scene haha. and i nearly teared lah gosh. but then again i realised i had makeup on and had no idea what would happen if i teared. haha oh well.

i feel so joyful this Christmas!! and got to spend alot of quality time with my sheep jon. thanks for all the Christmas cards and gifts! you all are deeply appreciated and loved! if not by me then by Jesus haha. ah appreciate everyone lah so much, my guys, the whole CG, team xiaobi!, the singers, and everyone else whom i probably had missed out!

wah i feel so happy today!! nono, i feel so joyful today! made my way to junction 8 for street evangelism, and yes, its the full-fledge one, share Christ on the spot and offer a chance of salvation to the person. so went there and met with kaiwen, left bout 30 mins late cause it was raining so badly.

then we went to coffee bean to slack a while, and gosh their expresso is like, $3.20, with such a small serving.. sheesh lah i feel so cheated. and the coffee is too strong lah, at least too strong for me. left such a lingering sensation of coffee.

then gideon came, and asked us why we aint started yet. the truth is, i dont really know how to go about to do it, if u were to really ask me to do it, i probably just go and haha anyhow wack. and then he went to mac's to share Christ to these two high school kids, and gosh lah, he's so fluent and flow with the Spirit so well. lol. and there u have it, one convert and one dedication to God. i still cant believe it just came like that! it certainly was if man gives his 100% effort, God gives His as well! and the some manager at that mac so happen to come back clearing the table and saw the invitation cards i left on the table and went, "oh hope church!?" then we were like, yah. haha apparently her daughter is from hope too lah! RP group. she was real encouraging and supportive and all. then gideon took the chance to ask if we could carol at that mac and stuff, she told him she get back to him.

okay so i left with kaiwen to go evax while gideon stayed back and trained zhixian and shem on how to start a convo, draw the bridge diagram and say the sinner's prayer etc. okay so we went ard looking for people, then went up to food junction. okay lah honestly i tell u i was quite scared and nervous, caused neva actually went to do the 'full' street evangelism, in the past its like just gather contact and build relationship, now must share Christ and offer salvation! haha but on the other hand, i was like burning with excitment lah. okay so there was this guy sitting at the table, while his friend i think, went to order food. so we waited for the aunty to clear the table, then we approached him. kaiwen was supposed to do the talking to that kid. yeah so he started, i supported in wadeva way i knew how.

then the other boy came, so i kinda talked to the other kid. then i saw a man waving at me from the other table, and gosh, low and behold, its my UNCLE!! i was stunned lah, then i saw my aunt, and my cousins etc. then i kinda paused our convo and went to talk to my uncle, if not quite rude lah. he's the uncle who's a pastor and goes to america to preach and stuff. he asked what i was doing and i told him street evangelism. so he went like "what!? that's.. that's very good. how long u been in church?" lol and all sorts of stuff. he doesnt know i serve in church lah, much less go to church. so he asked whether my parents go to church too and wads my church, who's my pastor etc. then he said that we would be meeting on wed (which i didnt know..) for dinner. wah i tell ya, he is gonna tell my parents on wed lah. thing is my parents dont really know im serving in church for a good reason, they dont really approve.. and ahh!! i duno wads gonna happen. i strongly sense its a time for breakthrough in the spiritual atmosphere in my family. i just hope things take a turn from here for the better and not the worst. pls no objection..!

okay back to the boy, haha i talked to him about Christmas and wads so special about the word etc, then shared the bridge diagram to him, and then i offered him the chance for salvation.. and he said yes!!! gosh i cant believe it! i was like, "you sure?" haha so awesome. he's sec 2 from bowen sec. apparently kaiwen didnt have as much fruits, that guy was kinda stubborn lah. oh well like gideon say, regardless of rejection or converts, the bottomline is, we did our best, and at least we planted a seed of Christ into each person we shared too, and you wont know what would that seed be in the future.

lol had many funny experiences. i then went on to share to these two high sch students. and gosh lah that fella cant spell Christmas!!! lol he put 'X-mas', then i asked him spell the full word he went 'chrissmas'. haha oh well! at least i taught him how to today. but he was kinda giving me attitude lah. haha okay lah can understand, a stranger going up to you and sharing the love of a God u dont know. not easy to digest. oh well. they didnt wanna accept Christ saying "now u just ask how to get an answer? i need to think what! give me 3 days." i went sure, and got his msn contact cause he didnt wanna give his hp. oh well. got the other guy's too!

haha real fun lah today. kaiwen and shem went out to evax till they met this jehovah witness backslider, haha so funny. eh so encouraging lah, seeing hoppies from other district sharing Christ at j8 too. we are all in these together amen!! okay lah i think im so high now i cant sleep. did a short debrief then i headed with gideon to RC for CLM. zhiwei then came to join us at the bus interchange.

then at the bus interchange gideon went to approach these two kids, haha of which i realised its the two we shared Christ too at food junction. gideon excited lah neva even ask me first lol. this bengish looking guy ard my age came to wait beside me. then gideon gave that "go lah, i set an example alr." haha i was like, "you sure, he on the phone leh." and he so beng looking!! gideon went like, "at least get his number." haha okay lah he win. i think if i dont share the Holy Spirit wont stop bugging me too lol. so the moment he put down his phone i went like, "hey friend!" haha then he just gave me a smile and continued talking on the phone. haha i was like gosh. okay then when we finally boarded the bus he stopped talking. then i tried to say how i just wanted to know more bishan peeps.. then he went, "you're from y-hope right?" then i was like, "how u know?" cause he's from hope too!!! hahaha super funny! he said he thought i knew him and was gonna say hi, but then i continued with a convo so he knew i was bout to share Christ with him. haha he had just finished evangelising too lah. oh well. lol.

okay so far, after camp till date, northeast has 61 converts!!! amen!! the harvest is HERE!! retention is a must man.

had housekeeping retreat today. haha housekeeping retreat at marina bay. and i still smell the smoke on my hair! ah busy week. the madness week!

sheesh... everyone's so skeptical and critical these days.

right im back from Breakthrough Camp!!! ah filled with so much direction and conviction to lead the guys now. a short but really amazing camp i would say.

and guess who joined us? kaysen!! matthias cousin, who came and joined us for church camp too one year ago. wah how time flies! its been such a long time lah. one year ago and now. so much has happened.

and NE won the soccer tourney thing, though one match was canceled each cause of the rain. haha and i scored!! yay cheers to myself. haha.

oh and Pastor David Chen came to speak to us from Hope Bangkok. he's a real cool and powerful servant of God i tell ya. and he told us to call him David or brother David and not pastor David as he didnt want any status or ranking to seperate himself from us. as in dont wanna create that division between him and us. and boy he can just preach without a script!! and his life testimonies are amazing. gosh on how God made himself real to him time and time again. unbelievable, i wanted to just sit there and listen to his testimonies for like one whole day lah. and how he is so fulled with faith, going in african countries with a one way visa, without any contact, and just faith and his pastor companion, and how he managed to set up a church within 3 days and 2 nights, and get his visa outta there back into ghana. wah God i wanna be like him!! in fact i want You to appear as real to me as You are to him!! Amen. everyone's so convicted. One person a day to share the Gospel to. One convert per person by the end of Dec. all for the Glory of God. not because David or pastor Shirley's telling us to, but because God is worthy. God give me wisdom and open my spiritual eyes!! create divine appointments for me to outreach!

okay i think if i were to continue it would just go on and on. God definitely moved during camp amen.

oh yeah and Gala dinner went well. my CG was dressed as some terrorist lah. super funny, asking where to plant the bomb and all. haha and how they kept clapping like monkeys and making all those weird languages. haha! oh yeah and then we had the song presentation thingy which went pretty well though everyone said that we were soft. not our fault okay!! the stage amps blasted our voices lah, we thought we were super loud. and i thank God i managed to catch the key lah, after the interlude esp. singing chinese is so so tough man. HAHA!! and i tell you so many times on stage i almost burst out into laughter. then when i looked at kim she gave me that i want to laugh too look, gosh buay tahan. breakthrough man. sing chinese song dressed up like a dork!

and zhixian's real sweet too. haha that boy bought cup noodles for me two nights in a row, walking ALL THE WAY to the hall to get them for me. sry lah, cant take them cause i had to sing for concert night too. and my voice was really bad alr. appreciate u too! hope both of you can grow in God!! haha u guys dont have a choice u better grow!

and concert night was started so late!! at ardf 11.30pm. haha concert night was the one that killed my throat. the aircon was so dry lah no moisture, ran out of water too. oh well! God did move which is the most impt!! rain down on us!

oh well. 1000 for Jesus by end Dec!!

okay just a quick one before i go for church camp the next few days.

while at batam, i think my throat really died. i had such a difficult time swallowing, and my phlegm had blood in the morning lah. but somehow it got healed when i arrived back at Singapore. then i had this one whole nonstop week of going down to nexus for singing practices. have Christmas service, praise and worship slot 4 for camp, concert night, Gala dinner, recording of doxology, and erm anything else which i probably missed out.

lol and one of the most stressful part is the gala dinner!! my first song presentation on stage, and its a CHINESE song!!!! haha well its not just a song, its a duet! well u all wait and see lah. haha. gosh.

and i was down with fever last night, which kinda led to insomnia. pls pray that i get well! got the soccer tourney to play for too.

and God heal my throat and flu!! and touch our lives during camp!
