the children at the iconnect childcare center inside first toa payoh primary school totally drained me! but they were nice kids. our class were there for our service learning project. taught them how to do their art and craft, played games with them, told stories with them. haha u did be so surprised when u ask for volunteers and half the kids run up to you. a vast majority were like primary 1-3, and a couple of upper primary students. i guess its more or less a similar experience to the other time when i went with gideon for the talk and interact session with the high risk kids, just that this time they we so much noisier and haha yeah i got to admit, some of them are just plain cute in their childlikeness.

and the class girls were going crazy over this pretty boy who's like just pri 1 or 2 i suppose. haha keep taking pictures and talking to him.

and then there was this bunch of boys who kept pulling my tie and messing my hair!! ah madness. they pleaded with me to give them my sajc tie. ay no way dude.

lead games for them. we did the chicken and egg game thing, the watermelon game and the sophie did the animal game. wah the kids are one noisy bunch esp when it comes to games, shouted and shouted at them gently, yes gently. i duno how u shout gently but i didnt really wanna be so fierce, cause i aint wanna see any crying kids man. but the teachers there were real fierce and i would say over scold the kids at times lah.

see u kids again in august!

oh well i kinda totally killed my throat after the commity envolvement project.

and then i made the trip to kaiwen's house to get the amplifier and the two electric guitars for the Bring It On audition later. i guess we were all so sleepy in the bus and kaiwen kinda had flu. like ahh!! okay so we slept and the rest finally came after we were stonning at isle cafe, and matthias kind told me he had a sore throat. AHH!! God bless our throats.

okay so we went up to america room and started connecting the stuff. its like we had to bring one amplifier, one mic, two electric guitars, guitar tuner, guitar straps. haha oh well. and so the auditions started. we did 'Year 3000' by Busted, our style. haha im so glad that the sound came out well, and we played practically flawless except for the clash missing one quater of a beat. haha. well the skit was kinda messy lah, more practicing on that needed. it's so nerve wrecking okay. its like how come auditions itself has to many people watching..!

and lo and behold.. we got in!! haha yeah we passed the Bring It On auditions. which means we would be performing for church camp!! haha awesomeness. i think the whole CG really bonded together through this man. ay ay ay, let's see what happens.
