you know im so sleepy i feel that my eyes are gonna pop any moment. ah okay a quick post before i go SLEEP.

had the first Word For Life class yesterday. yeah its quite good lah, haha okay its very good i must say. u really get to learn ALOT and really helps to capture God's vision. attended CLC1 (Care/Cell Leader Course 1). its very interactive lah. and they had this part which is called the scavenger hunt. its like i was the leader of my group, so the leaders were called to a side and told that we are gonna help organise our group and get them to get the items asap. the items were 6 straws of 3 different colours, 5 Mentos sweets, and 4 watches. wah i tell ya here's the catch, the groups were told to be bad-spirited, and to be as rebellious as possible! even to be missing in action. so i was like got all the stuff already, then this guy from my group KEPT insisting that he had the straws, which obviously he didnt. LIAR! haha okay lah it's just an activity. i went to get the whole box of mentos sweets which he GAVE away till its left with 1 inside. like, what!!???

hah but okay lah its real fun and enlightening, taught us how important is it to have the CG function as a whole. and that everybody plays an important role. the rest of the lesson was rather fun and erm, much to be applied!

so after that i went home and packed and headed for chalet at Loyang. Like so sian can! its like bout 8+pm when i left home. oh i realised that Calvin was also having his class chalet at Loyang and we were like contemplating to do QT together! okay so i packed and stuff. got my guitar, soccer boots clothes and wadeva and walked to Bishan Mrt and took the long ride all the way to City Hall and then supposedly Pasir Ris Mrt.

okay here's the dumbest thing ever. i alighted at the WRONG STOP!!! oh man, i stopped at Tampines lah, one stop before Pasir Ris. then i was like walking through and remembered how i used to work in that area last year. haha walked to the bus interchange, and started looking for the bus which had 'Downtown East' under the number. Like, there wasnt at all! so i called Dixon and that question of "Where are you? are you at Pasir Ris?", haha it struck me real bad.

okay lah wadeva so eventually i got back to on the train and met the rest at Pasir Ris Mrt and then headed on to the chalet. was surprised to see Mrs Ngiam and Miss Tan there already. yeah so like just grabbed wadeva food there was left and erm played abit of soccer.

did nothing much at the chalet except teaching Nicholas and Paul how to play the guitar. oh and kinda helped Melcher with his worship songs and erm, had a good time worshipping and praising God. haha yeah its amazing how time flies.

But i dont like waste my time okay! yeah the chalet really gave me a chance to catch up on my SOW contact. Had a real long talk with him. You know its really amazing, when you open up your life to another, its that sense of complete trust. He kinda shared with me his doubts and stuff, and i would say it went very well lah. talked for like 2-3 hrs! yeah u know God was really prompting me man. the Holy Spirit was like proding my heart. especially when he shared with me his own life problems and doubts about God. i told him how God had changed my life, and changed me from who i was to who i am, and he shared with me how he's own 'Godly' encounters. wah its like God literally saying to me, "Bring him back to me." yeah but i guess everything has its own time. the answer would come like next next saturday. yeah he shared till he was nearly in tears lah. haha, i say, that's the power of God. im sure God was speaking and spoked to him.

well anyway, went back and played more guitar till its bout 5.30am! and finally slept at 6am, squeezing on this bed together with the rest. haha like i had to wake up at 7.20am lah! u know i could barely open my eyes. packed and took a cab down to St Wilford Complex for the soccer match.

ay, its real bad to play a full soccer match, under the hot sun, with 1 hr of sleep, and no breakfast. its really terrible lah had this extreme headache. haha but it doesnt change the fact that we won by 5-0! haha and they didnt get a shot on target too lah! yeah played a real full match, but must say their keeper is really good yeah. awesomeness.

okay after the match i was just too hungry and sleepy. but i guessed that the sleepy part kinda dulled the hunger part. haha so bio, okay wadeva. so like went back home and fell asleep for bout an hour on my bed without having lunch. sheesh lah no good i know. well anyway, i was like dreaming of my getting late for church and immediately woke up, I REALLY WAS! aahhHH! its like 2.45pm and Word for Life classes at church starts at 3pm!! Wah okay i flew outta bed, gobbled down my already soggy lunch and cabb-ed to church. haha yeah arrived 15 mins late, and Jon smsed me to ask where i was. haha imagine that, your WFL instructor smsing you asking where, his student is. haha okay lah ex shepherd and ex CL haha so yeah.

well i didnt fall asleep during the WFL class! was really exhausted lah and the flu was like on its way. u know those which u get from lack of sleep. then Jon made me present the solutions on how to deal with people who does Superficial Sharing. wah its not easy man, imagine trying to teach like 60 others when u didnt even prepare! like first time for me somemore! haha okay lah, like didnt feel all that comfortable, but i managed to teach i guess, how they understand though!

okay after WFL classes we went out as a whole Caregroup to have a farewell dinner for Jon Tay and Shaun, as they are leaving for NS. i thought i was supposed to attend the cremation service for my granduncle but then i think its too late already. ate at the Breeks at Taka. ah uncheap! the service charge and GST totaled to bout 27 dollars! yeah, kinda spend close to $200 in total.

well so sad lah, Jon and Shaun leaving us. its like, one's our dynamic careleader and the other an important coreteam member. yeah so we took turns affirming them and yeah i guessed i affirmed them too. seriously man, without Jon's leadership this group wouldnt have grown to fast lah. Gideon prayed for them before we headed home.

AH OKAY. im done, so sleepy. didnt go for class chalet today as i dont wanna be so tired again for WFL tml. yeah wadeva nights.
